Crisis Worker Certification is a foundational training required for all individuals working on the statewide Crisis Line, on Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams, or in Receiving Centers. Crisis Worker Certification combines learning from subject matter experts, virtual learning, and on the job training from a crisis worker’s supervisor. Crisis Worker Certification creates baseline competencies for a variety of topics.

- Have supervisor sign the checklist
- Fill out the anonymous post-session survey
