This list is here to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) find mental health providers in Utah. The providers on this list have said they have experience helping people with I/DD and mental health needs.
Things to know:
- This is a list of providers who chose to be included. It doesn't show every provider in Utah.
- You should check with your insurance company to make sure the provider is covered.
- This list is for information only. The Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Office of Substance Use and Mental Health (SUMH) do not officially recommend any of the providers listed.
- Before starting services, it’s a good idea to check that the provider has a valid license. You can do this by visiting the Division of Professional Licensing website.
- It’s also smart to check that their business is registered with the state. You can do this at the Utah Business Search website.
- Information can change at any time. SUMH tries to keep it up to date, but there are no promises that everything will always be correct.

Mental health providers are still available in your area. To find mental health providers in your area, contact your insurance provider.
